Amyand’s hernia, characterized by the presence of the vermiform appendix within an inguinal hernia sac, is a rare clinical entity that often presents as an irreducible inguinoscrotal swelling. Preoperative diagnosis is challenging due to non-specific clinical and radiological features. We present a case of a male patient with right inguinoscrotal swelling, later diagnosed intraoperatively as Amyand’s hernia. This case highlights the importance of clinical awareness, appropriate imaging, and timely surgical management.
